At the foot of one of the town’s medieval towers in this naturally cool refreshing dining room, the chef’s French culinary culture is combined with those he has encountered all around the globe to offer light and original dishes. Here service with a smile is linked with putting your desires on top priority. The tower aims to provide an evening with a difference, a moment amongst good company creating a real culinary experience.

The dishes are essentially based on local fresh products and meats of French origin. The daily running of the establishment endeavors to respect eco-responsible practices and values. Even if the chosen products are not necessarily certified organic, they are regional ones.

The menus are updated and adapted to include seasonal produtcs that our local producers can offer.
Dish of the day and coffee: 12.50 € (available midday and evening).
Starter + main dish or Main dish + dessert : 20 €.
Starter + main dish + dessert : 25 €.
Starter + main dish + cheese + dessert : 27 €.
Children’s menu : main dish + dessert: 10.5 € (available midday and evening).

N.B. Children’s meals are created from the same fresh products of the region as adult meals. Sorry no nuggets or burgers and chips !
Culinary discovery menu : 36 € (from the aperitif to the coffee or liquor, be guided by our recommendations).

Culinary tasting plate : 15 € (a plate made up of samples from the "à la carte" menu).

A plate of Bayonne ham : 10 €.
Tagliatelle with sauce of the Day : 9.5 €.
Risotto of the Day : 9.50 €.

Dessert from the menu : 5 € (made on the premises).

The restaurant has a mezzanine floor for aperitifs, a ground floor dining room and a "terrasse" of a size adapted to the season.
